Chris began his Estate Agency career over 20 years ago, and is the driving force behind Morgans. A Manchester Grammar School Alumni, he has built a reputation as the go-to expert in the Mid-Cheshire property market and beyond. Chris's enthusiasm and unrivaled ability to look at complex matters from a unique angle, has made him one of the most in-demand individual in his field. Chris specialises in several areas including consulting for house builders and developers in order to maximise saleability.

Outside of work, Chris is often found in his 'happy place' of Puerto Del Carmen in Lanzarote. He has interest in fine art, particularly 'Old Master' portraiture. Chris is a keen football fan, and long suffering Newcastle United supporter.
